PAYMENT

We reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items.
You can pay with the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa-Electron and Multibanco.

Prices do not include payment or delivery charges.

SECURITY

You can safely use your credit card on our web shop. Our payment system requires 3D Secure – a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard.

If your card is flagged as not 3D Secure, or if you’re having issues with the 3D Secure data not being accepted (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure etc.), it is best to contact your bank to confirm if there is an issue and to make sure your card is 3D Secure.

TAXES

All prices on martinelove.com are including the applicable Portuguese VAT tax rate. Please note that customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the products reach your country of destination. All such charges are the costumer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As our production is limited we cannot make exchanges.
So if you wish to buy another item you may place another order.

For returns, you have a 15 day period upon having received your order to return it and ask for a refund. 
Returned items must be shipped with a traceable courier service at the customer’s expense. All returned items must be unworn and with original tags and packaging.

Please fill in this return form with your order information and mail it together with delivery note to Martine Love Headquarters at Rua da Sociedade Farmacêutica 68 - 2D, 1150 - 341 Lisboa.

Please note that if an item is returned to Martine Love due to a customer’s refusal to pay import tax or customs duties, Martine Love will provisionally incur the financial charges in order to recover the item and a refund will be issued after the item is received.
All charges incurred by Martine Love throughout this process as well as an additional administrative fee (15€) will be charged on the customer’s standing credit.

All orders are processed and shipped at Martine Love Headquarters in Lisbon. 
We expect to ship within 48 working hours and orders should arrive in:

GIFT CARD

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. A gift card can be used in multiple transactions until its value runs out.

PRE-ORDER PAYMENT CONDITIONS

For a pre-order piece you should expect a period delivery of 4 weeks. But depending on the extent of our waiting list it can take a while less or more.
Production is limited and takes a specific timing which cannot be rushed. Any piece from the archive or a bespoke personalization can be made.

An advance or full payment is mandatory so you can place your order. At the end of the purchase process you will be provided two promo codes, depending on your choosing, use one of the codes before you checkout.

- For an advance payment we will charge 50% of price. We will request by email the pending value (50% of price + shipping) once the item is ready to ship.

BESPOKE

Here you can design your own piece. Please fill in the order information and place your pre-order with half or full payment (5% discount).

PERSONALIZATION


Our personalizations can go from written words to designed elements. The sky is the limit, but our time to materialize your desires and designs has to be valued accordingly. Once your briefing is received, a sketch of your future piece will be sent by email for your pre-approval. We only start the embroidery process once the sketch is approved.

Note: For a bespoke piece the buying process will always have to be accompanied by an email or whatsapp, if you agree, exchange process. When we receive your order we will reach out to you so we can send you the catalogue from which you’ll choose your design. This will take approximately 24 working hours. After we receive your choice of embroidery, we will send a sketch within 5 working days. Production is limited and takes a specific timing which cannot be rushed. Any piece from the archive or a bespoke personalization can be made. Expect a period delivery of 4 to 8 weeks depending on the extent of our waiting list.
